Please, i really need help becouse i can't understand one thing. When reading the Mallat's paper i see that for any dictionary (i.e. gabor atoms) it is necesary to discretize the 3 parameters of this function (scale (s), position (u) and frequency (f)), that way you can get bigger or smaller dictionaries (meaning that you will have more atoms if you choose an smaller discretization on frequency for example). How do i control this three parameters from the xml definition of a dictionary???? Thanks a lot for your help! |
