Hi Remi,
Thank you very much for your quickly reply.
Now I can read my data and decompose it. I got the book of my data. But I don't know how to get the time_frequency map from it.
In your codes, I see a function of mpveiw, Perhaps I can get the time_frequency map with this function.
But I don't know how to use it. The reason is in the example it's ( MPVIEW( 'tfmap.flt' )). So my question is how to get the *.flt flies form the book.
Thank you very much!
Best Regards
Xinjian

Hi

1) Please don't repatedly post the same question. This forum is moderated, if your question does not immediately appear it does not mean it has not been posted.

2) The answer to your question is most likely in the documentation (GettingStarted.pdf). Check mptk.org for links to the documentation. Alternatively, use the GettingStarted.m script to see examples of how MPTK can be used from within Matlab.

Hi,
I am a Postdoc in MBI in JHU. I am working with the lfp signal in decision making in monkey.

First, I want to decompose the signal with gabor function. Second I want to analysis the signal with matching pursuit algorithm.
You are developing the good tool to analysis the time frequency analysis. But I have no idea how to decompose the lfp siganl with gabor funciton with MPTK,

You can see the signals in attachment file(lfp.mat),the LFP signal is in LFP.

Would you please show me some example?

Thanks in advance.
Regards.
