I am a Postdoc in MBI in JHU. I am working on time frequency analysis for the Local field potential(LFP). Now I got the nice signal of LFP during the decision making in monkey.I read the signals in lfp.mat(you can see it in attachment file).
You made great jobs for developing the MKTK. This will help us a lot in data analysis. But I am don't know how to use the MKTK in matlab.

First I want to know how to decomposed the lfp signals with the gabor function in matlab with the MKTK?

second, how to get the time frequency map?

would you please give some example in matlab?
